10/02/2008 - New composition of the Board of ARBOmedia AG


Munich, 29th September 2008 – The Supervisory Board of ARBOmedia AG (ISIN DE0005489306 / WKN 548930) appointed today with immediate effect Mr. Thomas Landolt and Mr. Marcin Wozniak as Members of the Board of the company. Thomas Landolt has been nominated as Chairman of the Board. Thomas Landolt is also Member of the Management Board of Goldbach Media AG, Küsnacht/ Zurich, and is responsible for the development of the business in CEE within Goldbach Media. Marcin Wozniak is responsible for internet activities in CEE and now assumes within the Board of ARBOmedia the responsibility for the sales and marketing of all online activities. The existing Members of the Board Alexander Sigl and Olaf Bergner informed the Supervisory Board that they resign from office. Discussions are currently taken place concerning the transition period.
